Two Miranova Place, Columbus, OH 43215


CoverMyMeds, a fast-growing, electronic, software design company focusing on prior-authorization, had outgrown its original space, even after two expansions in their building. They needed to find a location that could handle their growth expectations over the next few years while keeping the space in line with their tech-oriented company culture.


Needing to move quickly, Matt and Andy needed to find at least 30,000 square feet of contiguous space in the Downtown Columbus sub-market that was both open and creative and could also accommodate their dense parking needs which is rare to find in the Columbus Business District (CBD).

Assignment Obstacle

Not too far into the assignment, CoverMyMeds realized they needed almost double the square feet they originally anticipated, and a flexible lease term to allow for future growth.


After multiple site tours of both downtown and suburban options that fit the size requirement, CoverMyMeds, Matt, and Andy helped CoverMyMeds conquer their fear of residing in a traditional high rise. They identified a large, short-term, sublease in the trendy Miranova Tower over looking the Scioto River.


Following many rounds of negotiations, CoverMyMeds was able to sub-lease 64,059 square feet on 10th, 11th, and 12th floors at Miranova Corporate Tower and reach a deal on building signage. Not only did the space meet all their objectives but it came furnished and accommodated their growth projections.
