PHILIP BIRD, SIOR

With nearly 20 years of experience, Philip Bird, Senior Vice President of Office Brokerage at NAI Ohio Equities, specializes in the leasing and sale of general and medical office properties. Philip has been an agent at NAI Ohio Equities since 2006, and in 2016 joined the Office Brokerage Group which has consistently been recognized as one of the top producing office teams in Central Ohio. He is also a recipient of numerous awards which recognize individuals based on their performance in sales and leasing.

Philip is a graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Outside of work, Philip enjoys watching and coaching his son’s sports, playing golf and traveling.
