Team Member Spotlight: Jenna Loxterman

This month we’d like to introduce you to someone you may not have met, but who is certainly a core component of the NAI Ohio Equities’ team: Jenna Loxterman, Marketing Assistant for The Office Brokerage.

“Marketing Assistant” hardly begins to describe what Jenna does here; she is involved in every single thing that the Office Brokerage does. Her work behind the scenes helps the brokers deliver best in class service to their clients and keeps the office running smoothly. She manages all the marketing efforts, including creating property marketing flyers, offering memorandums, proposals, broker opinion of values, monthly owner marketing reports, and more – including this monthly newsletter. She organizes broker events and maintains the team social media channels. She even assists with research and transaction management. She is organized, detail-oriented and, quite simply, gets the job done.

Jenna started working at Ohio Equities as her first job after graduating with her BA in Marketing from the University of Mount Union in 2014. She quickly established herself as a go-getter and dedicated employee. The team has now worked together for 7 years, and the office brokerage runs as a well-oiled machine.

“Jenna is the glue keeping our team together. Her work is invaluable to our success, allowing the brokers to spend as much time in the field with clients, knowing we can rely on her to manage the behind-the-scenes work,” stated Matt Gregory, Senior Vice President, Office Brokerage Group.

Jenna’s dedication to her job doesn’t stop at the end of the work day. Since she started here, she has also completed her Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications, attained her real estate license, and become a notary, all during evenings and weekends. Recently, she joined CREW Columbus (Commercial Real Estate Women), to get more involved in the local real estate community.

With each step and each new accomplishment, her knowledge and capabilities at work have grown. She is always looking for ways to do more; she loves a challenge and is up for anything. And while she loves the work she does, when asked about her favorite part of working at Ohio Equities, Jenna responded: “The best part is the people. Our brokerage feels like a family, everyone supporting each other and enjoying our successes as a team.”

In her free time, Jenna loves crafting (she makes her own cards!), reading, and spending time with her family. Originally from Uniontown, Ohio, she now lives in Galloway with her husband David, daughter Quinn, and dog Atticus.
